Suhkasana’s Return Policy

We hope to provide the best service to our customers. At Suhkasana.com, customer satisfaction is always our top priority. We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy. Please contact us at suhkasana@outlook.com.

Order cancellation:

Orders can be canceled only before shipping. Any orders that have been shipped out order can not be canceled.

The buyer needs to contact our Support Center: suhkasana@outlook.com first for the reason, our Support Center will arrange the cancellation in 1-2 working days. No handling fee for order cancellation.

 

7 Days Returns Warranty:

Suhkasana accepts returns and exchanges for defective and non-defective products. If the items you have purchased from Suhkasana.com meet all applicable returns and exchange requirements listed below, please contact us immediately at our Support Center: suhkasana@outlook.com. You have 7 days from the date of delivery of the item to request a return or exchange. No handing fee for order returns and exchanges.

1.We accept returns and exchanges due to Suhkasana's fault.
Acceptable returns of non-defective products must be if the wrong product was shipped or the wash label does not meet the customer's customization requirements.

2.We accept returns and exchanges of defective products due to logistics packaging, etc. Acceptable defective product returns must be if the product itself is damaged, defective, etc.

 

Solution:

》1. Suhkasana's Responsibility:

If Suhkasana ships the wrong item/size, or provides a product with damaged quality, we will allow a refund or exchange.

Once we receive the item and confirm that the issue is genuine, we will provide the customer with a refund for the original price of the returned product, as well as the shipping and return shipping charges for the returned product.

》2.Customer's responsibility:

Please note customers are fully responsible for choosing the right product during the checkout.

If customers choose the wrong items or the wrong size, customers can return the item to us to get a refund(product price only). The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

The shipping and customs fees incurred during delivery and return must be borne by the customer. Generally speaking, we only accept unwashed products for exchange. If you purchase swimwear and underwear, please remember that you cannot exchange them after washing.

 

Return Request Process

**Kind reminder:

The product's condition that Suhkasana accepts for a return or exchange are unopened in original packaging or has never been used. That means returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way. Return packages should be authorized. Any return request not authorized by customer service will not be honored.




Refund processing time

If products sold on Suhkasana.com meet all applicable return and exchange requirements listed below, the products can be returned and exchanged within 7 days from the date of product delivery.



1. Refunds will be issued only after a return-eligible item has been received at our warehouse and has passed our quality check.

2. For products that are returned in accordance with this Return Policy and pass our quality check, refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive your return package. The refund will be issued to the original payment method or your Suhkasana Wallet, as per your request.

The credit or debit cards may take an additional 3-7 business days to process. Generally speaking, customers will ultimately receive their refund amount within 14 days.

3.The original shipping fee, if any, is non-refundable.
